After awhile I was quite assured that she knows her Chinese name well. Hence, I have cease getting her to practise.
The other day (during the last school holidays), when I asked her to write the characters for me, she gave me a blank stare. Ooppss...I knew she must have forgotten some of the strokes. True enough, she needed my assistance in order to complete the strokes below.
Time to practise again, Sharlene! :)

Chinese needs a lot of practice. Can forget if dun write often. But not ez to get pre-schoolers to practise frequently. My girl so lazy to write chn characters. :( Happy writing, Sharlene!
wah.. she got a long stroke chinese name too ha.. but nvm, she will know how to write it when she writes more.. Chinese words are like that, the more you write, the more you remember.. :D

I remembered you told me before that Sharlene's last chinese name has many strokes, and it is really true.
But she able to write her name in a very nice and neat way, good girl lah!
