Breakfast @ Coffee Bean

My weekday breakfast in the office consists of 2 slices of wholemeal bread (pack from home) spread with butter and kaya, occasionally with peanut butter plus a cup of hot coffee. Boring, boring, boring .... hence this morning, something different for a change.

I went to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for breakfast together with my colleague and her daughter. It was my first time having breakfast at this outlet nearby my office. When I looked at the wide selection of breakfast menu at the counter, I really couldn’t make up my choice, as every set looks just so appetizing to me. Stood there for quite a while until the waitress asked me for my order again...haha, so embarrassing. Finally, I chose to have ‘Brek’ O Day – 2 sausages served with Panini bread, scrambled eggs, butter and jam and some fresh salad (RM13.80). My colleague and her daughter ordered Egg Club Sandwich (RM14.80) and Eggs Ben (RM13.80) respectively. All sets come with a free refill of coffee or tea. I love the free refill but didn’t go for it this time. :( Already late for office, so cannot afford to sit there and leisurely sip my cup of coffee. I wished I could enjoy my breakfast at a more relaxing mode. How nice if today is a weekend.

Today’s sumptuous and satisfying breakfast costs me RM14.50 after tax but it was worth it. Definitely will try out other range of their breakfast sets very soon. Next time, I will get hubby to go with me instead so that I don’t have to fork out my own money...haha!!
