The TV Moments

Sharlene is really a TV addict and she watches the TV everyday. She can sit quietly on the couch when she’s in front of the TV most of the time. While she’s glued to the TV, I’m able to have some breathing space during the weekends :) Last Sunday, hubby snapped some photos of Sharlene while she's watching her favorite cartoon ‘Madagascar’.

She was totally engrossed with the characters in Madagascar. She likes this animated cartoon so much that she watches it every other day. I wonder when she ever gets bored with it.

Her favourite character is Alex the lion. He is the king of the New York Zoo. She was giggling and laughing away when she sees Alex and his 3 pals, the zebra, hippo and giraffe in action. Hahaha....so funny.

It's absolutely hilarious to see her get down to the floor and danced to the music of 'i wanna move it move it....'

TV can be very useful too as it helps to entertain Sharlene while Aunty YK does her cooking in the kitchen. Although Aunty YK is busy in the kitchen, she will nevertheless take a peep at what she’s doing in the living room intermittently.

Hehe... TV has became a popular entertainer for kids nowadays.

Sharlene looks grown up a lot & so sweet in the photos!

Oh ya, I forgot that I've got a cousin named Sharlene too. Believe it or not she's one year elder than my boy! :P

i do use TV to keep the kids quite for a moment..but i am very selective on the programs....Nicole would just watch little einsteins, mickey mouse, and sometimes my friend tigger and pooh and a couple of those in between educational clips..

Hi Doreen, these days kids really cannot do without the TV. Your cousin Sharlene becomes aunty at such a young age. But its rather funny for your boy to call her aunty leh...

contentedmom, it's true that we have to be careful about the programs. Kids nowadays learn a lot from the TV...some good and some may not.

Hi Pete, thanks for dropping by.

leeyen: We're all trying our best to be good mommy. I think its alright to keep them in front of the TV while we're busy once in a while. For this purpose, the TV is rather useful...heehee.
